AeroShell straight mineral oils are blended from selected high viscosity index base stocks. ROYCO 777 is a red colored synthetic hydrocarbon and ester based fluid. Royco 777 is for use in hydraulic systems which require reliable operation in both extreme low and high temperature environs and all weather – all season performance outside the capability of traditional Mil-H-5606, and Mil-PRF-83282 fluids. Hydraunycoil FH 6 is a petroleum-based hydraulic fluid with a viscosity of 15 cSt at 40oC and a viscosity index exceeding 300. It exhibits strong anti-rust properties. Hydraunycoil FH 6 is microfiltered and is supplied with a controlled particulate contamination. It can be used over an extremely wide temperature range from 54oC to + 135oC in air tight circuits.
NYCO GREASE GN 10 is a synthetic ester-based grease with extreme pressure properties and with an operating temperature range of -73oC to + 121oC. SS4004P primer is formulated for use with Momentive Performance Materials RTV silicone rubber adhesive sealants. Momentive Performance Materials one-component products offer primerless adhesion to many substrates. Primers are used to help promote adhesion to difficult-to-bond substrates. For most Momentive Performance Materials two-component products, a primer is required when an adhesive bond is needed between the silicone rubber compound and a non-silicone surface (see table below). All primers are one-component products requiring no mixing and are supplied ready-to-use as easily pourable solvent solutions. SS4004P primer helps promote adhesion to metals (such as aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel, brass, and galvanized metals), porous materials, unglazed ceramics and wood. SS4004P primer is bright pink, providing easy visual determination of uniform coating.

RTV88 silicone rubber compound is a high temperature two-part silicone elastomer. It is supplied ready-to-use with a base compound and DBT (dibutyl tin dilaurate) as the standard curing agent. DBT is suitable for most applications, however other catalysts are available to facilitate deep section cure, faster cure and automated mixing. RTV88 silicone rubber compound differs primarily in viscosity in the uncured state from other elastomers in its grade.
